Here’s how our shipping process works:
Order Confirmation: Once you purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email containing the order number, order summary, total cost, and the shipping address you provided.
Custom-Made Items: We take immense pride in crafting unique items exclusively for you. As a result, we don’t maintain stock in a warehouse. The printing process usually takes 2-3 business days (from February to October) and 3-5 business days (from November to January). We collaborate with a global network of expert third-party printers and masters of their craft who work together to produce your product. Depending on the product type and shipping address, your order may be shipped in separate packages and delivered on different days.
Shipping Confirmation: Rest assured that your order will be promptly shipped to your specified address, your home, office, or any other preferred location. We’ll inform you via email with a shipping confirmation as soon as your package arrives. Shipping times are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination for your convenience.
Shipping Destinations and Fees:
Fulfillment: After completion, your package will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Our shipping location is 527 W Iowa St, Chicago, IL 60610. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide a shipping tracking link. Shipping fees will be displayed in US Dollars (USD) during the checkout process before the final payment.
Shipping Method: We offer Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $4.99.
International Taxes and Duties:
All shipments are handled through UPS or USPS, with the shipping address chosen during checkout. Prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times, and delivery charges will be adjusted based on the country where you wish to receive your items. Approved orders will be dispatched from our website promptly and processed in the order they were received. You will receive a tracking link and shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.
